Safety Protocols

Our #1 goal is to protect the health of our patients, team members, and community. Considering the current COVID-19 environment, we want to assure you of the policies we have in place to make our clinic and workplace the safest it can be for both you and our team members.

We are committed to your safety

We are pleased that our clinic is open to perform hair transplants once again, as a result of Indiana’s Governor re-opening elective procedures. We are continuing to closely monitor the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are prepared to respond in a prompt, efficient and flexible way for the convenience and safety of all concerned. In order to continue providing a safe and clean environment for our patients, clients and employees, we’ve set in place strict cleaning, distancing and sanitation protocols within the clinic; along with reducing the amount of person to person contact. We have also enacted a special staffing policy in order to be sure that none of our team are attending work should there be any suspicion of illness, especially COVID-19.

After a review of our systems, and in guidance with our Physicians and medical teams, we have instigated a thorough pre-screening process for all consultations, clients and patients before entering our clinic. At this time, we feel very comfortable confirming that our business will be proceeding, and all our services are operational, albeit with these new measures in place.

In an effort to minimize the number of people in the clinic at one time, anyone coming to our clinic for a consultation, treatment, or hair transplant will be asked to wait in their car until they're called by our staff to come in. If you have any signs and symptoms of illness (sore throat, runny nose, cough, fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue) please contact our office prior to coming in for your appointment. If you have contracted COVID-19, or you suspect you may have the symptoms of the virus, then we will be asking you not to come into the clinic and will be rescheduling your appointment to a later date.

Please be aware that we have a policy in place whereby everyone entering the clinic will have their temperatures taken at the onset of their visit.

Some extra precautions we are taking as a business:

  • The number of staff with which you interact, during the day of your visit(s) will be kept to an absolute minimum.
  • We have also installed sneeze guards at reception for when you check in, and for any in person consultations / meetings which will be sanitized after each person.
  • Staff will always be wearing masks while in the clinic.
  • All staff members have been made aware that there is to be no shaking of hands or “elbow bumps” with clients. Outside of the hair transplant medical team members, wherever possible, social distancing will be in place.
  • All our team members are following the strictest OSHA standards possible.
  • The janitorial service for the building has activated advanced and more regular activities with the use of an EPA registered disinfectant.
  • The janitorial staff have been instructed that all rooms and surfaces in which a person is in contact with will be sanitized with an EPA registered disinfectant.

The points above are but a few of the steps we are taking in order to keep our team members, visitors, clients and our patients, as safe as possible.

Please remember that you can also do things to protect yourself and your colleagues and loved ones. The following is the direction from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) are advising the public to follow precautionary actions to prevent the spread of this virus:

  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer (must contain at least 60% alcohol) often.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
