Hair Transplant Results at 4 Months

It’s been 4 months since We Grow Hair Indy VIP, Jeff Brummett, had his Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ hair transplant procedure! The hair takes a full 12 months to grow in fully, but Jeff has already seen a major change in the 4 months since his hair transplant. He started to notice growth in the 3^rd month and said it has blossomed in the past 4 weeks. Other modalities, like laser hair therapy and PRP (platelet rich plasma), in combination with a hair transplant, can help get the hairs out of the initial “resting phase” a lot faster. Hair Transplant Procedure 4 Phase Breakdown

Prior to Jeff Brummett’s Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ hair transplant procedure, Darren walks him through what to expect on the day of his hair transplant procedure. There are four phases to the hair transplant – harvesting the hair, creating the grafts, making the sites, and placing the grafts. It’s typically about four and a half hours for the whole process. Jeff just needs to lean back and relax, and we’ll take it from there!

Hairline and Crown Transplant Approach

Jeff is preparing for his upcoming Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ hair transplant procedure! Listen as Clinic Director, Darren Andrews, explains the approach we’re taking with his hairline and crown hair transplant. The hair transplant objective for Jeff is to reframe the face with a stronger hairline and fill in the crown area. On the morning of the procedure, we start by drawing out the hairline relative to facial structure. In a Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ hair transplant procedure, we use a blend of different size hair graft groupings. In the front, we’re going to use groupings starting with the very small micro and follicular units. As we work our way back, we want to build more density, so we go with the multiple follicular units. We’ll recreate the natural swirl pattern of the crown and then work our way forward. Jeff’s existing hair can be retained by a number of different medically proven modalities including PRP (platelet rich plasma), laser hair therapy, Rogaine, and Finasteride.
