Darren Andrews is a founding partner and Clinic Director at We Grow Hair Indy, where he has been helping men and women restore their confidence since 2005. With nearly 20 years of experience in the hair restoration field, Darren has overseen thousands of successful client transformations and played a key role in developing We Grow Hair Indy into one of the nation’s leading clinics.

Originally from New Zealand, Darren grew up working on his family’s dairy farm before becoming a qualified tradesman in joinery and cabinet making. In his mid-20s, he spent two years living and working in London, England, and later returned to New Zealand to launch his first business in hospitality at the age of 28. In 2005, he moved to the United States, where he and his partners founded We Grow Hair Indy.

As someone who has personally undergone hair restoration, Darren brings a unique perspective and empathy to his role. He has had a Multi-Unit Hair Grafting™ procedure (November 2005) and also utilizes ongoing therapies including minoxidil, physician-prescribed Finasteride, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, and Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT). His firsthand experience allows him to guide patients with honesty and confidence, knowing exactly what the journey entails.
