Scalp Micropigmentation

Looking to have your hair restored but don’t want a hair transplant or a hairy system?

The solution is Micropigmentation. Also known as virtual hair, micropigmentation is the top choice to treat the appearance of hair loss. This innovative non-surgical technique simulates the look of short hairs similar to a closely shaved scalp, or can be used to aid in the appearance of thicker hair.

Common reasons to consider SMP

Simulates Real Hair

Scalp micropigmentation, also known as SMP, scalp tattooing, or hair follicle replication, is excellent for women looking to fill in thin areas where the scalp is showing or men who like to wear a short stubble hairstyle. SMP can be the solution for many types of scalp conditions such as genetic androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness). It can also be used to conceal scars or birthmarks on the scalp area, including scars from older hair transplant procedures. In some cases, scars can be made practically invisible using our scalp micropigmentation process.

How does SMP work?

Scalp Micropigmentation introduces colored cosmetic pigment into the epidermis microscopically. This novel approach to hair restoration uses pigment to create permanent tiny dots or small ‘hash marks’ to look like just shaven or recently shaven hair. Good Look Ink’s premier pigment and certified technicians bring our patients a “single session” technique.

Single Session – SMP is applied to the entire hair loss area in one session. One or more subsequent touch-up sessions may be necessary to complete the look.
